Cauliflower cooler with smoked fish

1 cauliflower
1 medium cucumber
1 clove of garlic (may or may not be)
big natural yogurt
bunch of dill



Boil the cauliflower, and in the meantime you can wipe the cucumber on thick mesh.
Chop the dill (whole bunch). Start the mixed cucumber with garlic, salt and natural yogurt. Cool the blended cauliflower. Combine everything with you and cool it. Serve with croutons or favorite sunflower seeds or pumpkin. Personally, he often adds smoked fish as decoration and enhancing the taste. Cauliflower can also be replaced with broccoli
