Cucumber and Avocado Chilled Soup

1 avocado, very ripe
1 cucumber, long greenhouse or two land
juice squeezed out of 1 lemon
1 clove of garlic
4 branches of dill
2 branches of mint
salt and black pepper

½ cup of kefir and little bit of vegetables milk
to be served: pieces of cucumber, salt and black pepper

Preparation:
Peel the cucumber, cut it along halfway and remove the stones with a teaspoon. Pips down and use in other recipes.
Remove all other ingredients, except for vegetable milk, into a blender jar and blend for a smooth cream. At the end, gradually pour milk and dilute to the appropriate consistency.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, chill and serve with cucumber cubes, salt and pepper.
