Banana muffins with chocolate

4 pcs of bananas
100 ml oil
2 eggs
300 g of portable flour
50 g sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
150 g milk chocolate
200 ml milk
Whisk the egg with oil to a uniform and smooth mass. We add sifted flour, sugar and baking powder. Then add crushed chocolate and crushed bananas. The finished mass is put into muffin molds and placed in a preheated oven to 175’C for 25min.
Muffins are so easy dessert that we can make them quickly and without great costs. Sometimes, you don’t have to bake a dough or wait for gelatin to freeze in the fruit jelly. 40 minutes and we have delicious cupcakes for tea or coffee. The muffin recipe is so flexible that you can change it freely by introducing new flavors to your table.
I especially recommend the composition of peach with almonds, blueberries with lemon or pears with rum.
