Ralph Bujnicki is a professional chef with years of experience in Poland and abroad. He began his culinary journey as a chef in Opole’s gastronomic market. After many years of hard work in Poland, he decided to further develop his skills abroad. His international career began at the renowned de’Lux hotel in Amsterdam. His understanding of the word “cooking” took on an even larger dimension in the Amstel Hotel Amsterdam. Working alongside the chefs Richard Matullesy and Roger Rassin pushed him to produce world-class work. Years of working in the hotels of Amsterdam and Brussels only deepened his passion for gastronomy, particularly Italian, Thai, Mexican, Hungarian, Polish, British etc. Finally, he spent five years persevering in London, one of the most highly competitive restaurant scenes in the world.
