Beef Strogonov by Bujnicki

IngredientsPreparation
  • 400gb of beef sirloin
  • 200gram mushrooms
  • 100 grams of onions
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 50 grams of tomato concentrate
  • 2 pickled cucumbers (without flesh)
  • A spoon of cream
  • 200ml of bison gras vodka
  • rapeseed oil
  • Honey spoon
  • salt pepper
  • parsley

Beef, cucumbers and onions are cut into strips. Mushrooms cut into pieces. Garlic chop fine.

We heat a large frying pan and pour oil on it (about 50ml). We fry the beef oil and remove from the pan. Then fry in onion pan with garlic and add mushrooms. We fry until soft and then add chopped cucumber strips and then add beef and water with vodka. Flambir a moment then add tomato concentrate and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Boil for 5-10 minutes and remove from the heat and add cream and mix to uniform consistency and color.

Sprinkle with parsley before serving

A delicious addition to this dish will be any groats or natural potato puree. Personally, I like potato cakes or rice
