Onions and garlic are finely chopped and fried on a spoonful of oil. Chilli cut small and add to the meat. We do the same with mint. We also add fried onion and garlic. We cook everything with salt, pepper and cumin. We manually mix all the ingredients.
We form longitudinal rollers of length about 10 cm and 2-3 cm thick.
We put the finished skewers in a cool place to go through the aromas and tie them together.
We put the barbecue and grill on all sides about 10-12 minutes.
This is good for a salad with couscous, cous-cous and even a potato in a uniform. Tzatziki is most willing to serve on a skewer
